This has to be one of the best, always looks good, and never becomes too large.

K it is slow to get started, then away it goes, much, much slower than our other varieties, which can make 6ft in a few years.

Looks very healthy Angela. Love the varigated leaf, which contrasts nicely with the darker foliage, gravel path and wooden edging.

A very eye catching groundcover. Is this a succulent? I can't tell for sure.

Bathgate, it is not a succulent, an evergreen shrub, looks good all the year round...

It also looks very similar to a variegated Pieris doesn't it? I think I need to try to get a better established plant than the baby ones I got before. That would help I think.

Yes it does K and it would be wise to buy an established plant, I looked in to buying another one the other day, but had forgotten how expensive this one was ( because of it taking a long time to grow!).

Mine has been very happy growing in a pot and kept in a sheltered position... :o)))

I think I shall give this another go this year. Keep it in a pot and move it in to the greenhouse if it gets very cold. It might do ok on my south facing patio.
