OH has moved the path over, taken a 1ft off what was the rose border, removed all but 5000 pieces of gravel from the rose border, and I think it looks so much better, only 3 standard roses remain now, new plants possibly perennials to be added in the Spring!!

Thanks Meadow, and so do I, it looks good all through the year....
Thanks Feverfew and Hywel, it used to be concrete so to me it is a great improvement...because you can grow stuff through the gravel to soften the edges....
Lol Karen........eventually the gravel will work its way to the bottom!!
Amy, luckily my OH is always up for a change, as long as it improves the garden, and keeps the visitors happy lol

Am impressed that OH counted the pieces. Of gravel he DIDNT remove! ;) looks good though.
