Under cover gardening

I don't remember your having such a high raised bed, is it new? Got the cover on just in time.

Sue - this one is in the top right-hand corner of the garden (beside the fruit cage). It went in at the same time as the foliage garden was planted, so seven years ago now.

An excellent idea..... all tucked up against the worst of the weather.

Like you Andrew, l have been covering plants and moving others into the greenhouse. There is still a lot of green in the garden though.

Amy - I'm always watching the weather forecasts at this time of year to decide when to cover the alpines. We've had a few air frosts but only one ground frost so far. Very wet here tonight though.
