No, not in my garden! This is my daughter with the Giant Redwood that grows in a wood a couple of miles from here.

I am pleased to hear you have a redwood, I love your selection of trees, at least you are doing your bit for the planet............we have as many as we are we able to in a small garden.......
Charlotte is our middle daughter, who will be 50 in February.......... woah! ..........that makes me feel ancient lol

Yes Dd, we feel with the pond, trees, wild parts etc. We do our bit for the wildlife etc. Charlotte 50, no way! I remember how beautiful she was on her wedding photo. You must have been a child bride lol ?

i did not know they grew other places than in the north west USA, its a great picture in a well kept area.

I believe in the 1800's the gentry had one growing as a sign of grandeur. This one is in a wood which was adjacent to a Hall. The grand house long gone but the tree is still reaching for the sky ?
