Euphorbia Lactea/Euphorbia Neriilfolia

That is quite interesting. Hope that Hywel will know.

It's two plants - one grafted on the other - a cristate form of Euphorbia Lactea grafted on to a stem of Euphorbia Neriifolia.
Therefore not really a cactus, but a succulent plant none the less :)
