Tropical Blue Sage is a tropical shrub that flowers in winter. It has such bright blue flowers, and will flower until about April. It's a native of Ceylon (Sri Lanka). Photo taken Feb. 14, 2017.

It usually has more flowers. I think I need to move it out from under the shade structure into more sun.
