That is very beautiful. I love the green striped buds.

I'll add that to my wishlist. It would be lovely in my white garden. :)

I have been told it may be T biflora.

Circa 1776, this fragrant beauty has three white flowers with large yellow hearts on each stem. The red-edged foliage offers a striking contrast. Bulb size: 5 to 6 cm. April. 5". HZ: 5-8.
Information above on this website https://www.vanengelen.com/tulipa-biflora.html
There does seem to be a red edge to at least one leaf in your photo, half way up on the left.

in the flesh it does have a reddish tinge on the leaf margins. and the centre is a gorgeous egg yolk yellow. the bees have been in and out of it all day today.

It is hard to id plants when they come without a label or the label gets lost. I thought the photo on the first website I mentioned looked very similar to your tulip. It mentions fern green on the reverse of the petals. The RHS says the reverse of the petals on T.biflora is grey. Whatever they are they are beautiful but that will not help anyone planning to buy them.
