They have a struggle even to flower. I think they're in to dry a site - I should try again somewhere a bit moister.

I agree Stera, last year I had quite a few of the 'coloured' variety. This year so far I've got 2!

I was a little premature, I've now spotted quite a few coloured ones and 1 white one! Hurray!.

I'm pleased yours have put in an appearance Waddy , Yes Sue I'm looking out for the Scarlet Lily Beetles on a daily bases ,I've not seen any yet ...

If they're happy they thrive. If not they disappear. Some of mine are in bloom but others in a different spot that I thought would suit them better have gone!
