It's a reminder that we used to keep bees, but Pooh bear would have his paws in it too Stera.

A wonderful pot,Linda,and is the 'Golden Wedding' Rose for a special occasion ?

Yes our 50th Bloomer. People have been so kind with flowers and cards. We used to keep bees and honey is golden so the two together have a certain memory for us. One of my neighbours gave us the rose. All I can say is that time flies past very quickly and make the most of every day. Life isn't always easy but we've always been there for each other, and have helped others on the way.

What a lovely reminder! And you're so right. We've 'lost' so many friends recently it makes you take stock and value every moment. Congratulations, by-the-way, whenever it actually was.

We went to the art centre on Saturday evening and heard the Fureys play and sing. They are an Irish group.

I love it ,belated congratulations Linda ,ours was the 16th March it snowed so hard the photographers had to take us to their studio to take the photos .......
