Narcissus 'Cheerfulness'

Look at all your wonderful yellows and blues...perfect spring borders Shirley!

So pretty,Shirley..my 'Cheerfulness' from Chris,aren't in flower yet,and are in the ground..I don't think they have all come through this year,as I could only see three...:o( yours look so nice in that pot,and so does the rest of your spring border.:o) x

What a pretty gift. Can I also agree with Karen and Sandra, your spring border looks lovely.

Karen, lots of pale lemon Wallflowers and many blue Forget-me-nots are in that border. I just love Spring colours! :o)

Sandra, believe it or not, I have cut off 'spent' Daffodil flower heads this afternoon, mostly the tall deep yellow ones. Also spotted half a dozen Grape Hyacinths so they'll be dug out tomorrow ... your 'Cheerfulness' will be blooming before too long.

I've been doing the same,Shirley..also some of the Tulips too.which seemed very early this year..but still some still to flower..oh dear,I bet you will be on a mission tomorrow,removing those Grape Hyacinths ! Lol I've just taken the straggly foliage off mine this afternoon,but left the flowers.:o) I also got stuck in with the spade,and dug lots of Crocosmia out,which was very therapeutic,but hard going. No pain,no gain ,as some fool once said ! Lol

Sandra, I found seven of those Grape Hyacinths and managed to get them out, all bar one, with the bulb so you just know there will be some next year. :o(

Cheerfulness is the right name for this lovely one, bought some a few years ago, and it has returned every year.......the garden looks lovely Shirley......

many of last years bulbs have done really well again this year including tulips that often don't .
the glimpse of the garden looks wonderful.
