Lovely colour,

I usually take cuttings in June and put in the greenhouse for a few weeks. The Butterflies and bees are attracted to the flowers.

Hi HB. I always take a strong thick shoot and strip about three or four leaves from the stem and just push that into the John Innes compost. If any flower buds I cut them off. The thicker the stem part the better they take.

Same here,Sheila..it does need to be a robust shoot, that isn't going to flop over..I just use any multi purpose compost I happen to have in..just take the buds out . shaded and out of the cold,as you usually do with cuttings...I don't cover mine ...good luck :o)
