Have masses of these Iris, the bulbs increase readily, all the same colour. I usually overlook them, but Garly brought my attention to their beauty.

Most of these flowers are spent now, started cutting of the dead heads. It is only the ones in cooler, shady positions still flowering. Your position (near Oxford?)is not that much further north than me.

Yes I have said the Oxford canal where I live the Oxford canal at Hawksbury junction starts or ends at Hawksbury junction.
