Bird of Paradise Plant

I adore these would live to grow one but not got the light in my house for them.

It is growing us out of house and home.

Beautiful Siris. I still have only leaves as I don't have the light either. Last year I took it to the greenhouse at the nursery from spring till autumn as suggested on here (for the light) and still got nothing happening. I do have some Carl Wilde specials that cheer me up though.

Carl Wilde, (florist at Arley Hall?) or do you mean artificial. I put a large plastic one in the pot till the plant started flowering and the plastic one bleached white. (Large pot read large Tub)
