Tall Bearded Space Age Iris 'Chanson De Geste'. The beard extensions are 2 Spoons and 1 Horn. It is not a good feature to have different types of extension on the same flower, but I like the colour.

I have not seen this detail on an iris before.
Had a lot of trouble with slugs this may eating the plants as they were just getting started. Lost some new ones before they had a chance to bud.

Chanson is my favourite this year, lovely colours and a delicious scent.
Slugs ruined new French Cancan two years ago straight after planting, that's why I bought Celebration Song (similar colour) but I left it and a new knob on the rhizome sprouted the following year, then flowered this, so patience is a virtue. (Wouldn't leave a rotted one in the ground though)
