Looks nice in that location. What metal is the trough made from?

What a good idea Gg. My son has a few of these troughs around the farm. Maybe I could talk him into letting one go. Is it galvanised and do you have a problem with water going green when the sun is on the water? If so, does it matter for the plants?

Bathgate its galvanized aluminium (maybe it has another name in the US ? ) holds over a 100 gallons this is a small one you can get much bigger.
Thorneyside its planted up with water lily's & oxygenating plants also I used aquatic compost when potting them up which is low in plant nutrients so hopefully it will stay clear ish
