This mountain laurel has been near death twice but is doing much better since I moved it last year.

Thank you, I have one that hasn't flowered in a few years. Are your mountain laurels growing ok and looking healthy? I have read that mountain laurels tend to set more flower buds when they are kept a bit on the dry side but don't have enough personal experience to say whether I agree with it or not. What I have noticed is that if they grow well in early summer then they usually set flower buds.
