Two years on, this Viticella Clematis is doing well, growing though Rose White Cockade.

I am pleased with it, considering how dry a position it is in.

I have moved a couple of the patio/boulevard Clematis a couple of years ago, they do seem to need plenty of water, didn't forget well in a dry position.
