Yes, it's Delosperma (or something like that). I'm not good at remembering names.

I only know that, because I've just bought a purple one, do well at the front of the dry Iris border here.

Siris, I think it does well everywhere. Friends who have a flat in Corsica told me it's the only plant which survived neglect and dry environment. They don't go there often, which means they rarely water it or anything.

But wet British winters spell death for it. Will cover mine with a bit of glass.
