it's hardy ice plant (Delosperma sutherlandii). Ever so easy to grow/propagate and very hardy as well.

To tell you the truth, my friend (ex-photographer) took the photo when she came to stay with us. Actually, I "borrowed" it. She sent me a link to her photos she took during the stay and said I could use any of them. Hehe.
