One of the oddest one-offs that happen is the 2 petal / 2 sepal flower; which is what happened here. This is actually one of the first of the new seedlings to re-bloom.

Normally the one-offs have 4 petals. This is really rare because 2 petal/sepal flowers are very infrequent.
