wish I could get a few to "pop up" on my patch. I love these brilliant flowers but they don't care for my climate. I haven't given up though. Was thinking I'd try the Greek yellow ones.

do not give up hope. I waited about five years, and they have popped up all over. All you have to do is ignore, and get just one to look lively and you are homefree.

allllright! thanks Moti and Wells... I'm not giving up. I discovered three small seedlings where the larger plant had dropped it's seed. I guess it was a second year plant because it didn't come up this spring.... found the three little guys and watched them all summer and two of them bloomed but were only about 10 inches tall! checked the forest spot where I tried to get them going and no sign. Hoping next spring brings some surprises.
