Thanks for the suggestion, but the Sea Urchin part implies spikes that this doesn't have. Sea Urchin, which is a registered cultivar, does have teeth; and the AHS is starting to frown on people who stick a garden or place name in front of an already registered name.
So, I decided to go with 'Pico Matias Simão', which is an a extinct volcano in Altares that has had half of it fall into the sea.
