What a great collection! That shiny white windowsill sows them off to perfection. Love the bicolour!

I started off with one and have inherited the rest. My dentist told me how to get them to bloom and I (or they) haven't looked back! My favourite is the white one.

How do you get them to bloom ?

I plunge them into water so it comes over the pot but under the bottom leaves, for at least an hour, regularly every week. I used some liquid feed for orchids in bloom. I was very surprised that they bloomed.

Thank you Cammomile for that interesting I would never of thought of that as I ve read not to let the roots sit it water as it kills them I ll have to try it.

It doesn't hurt for an hour or so, as long as you drain the water from the pot afterwards. They are all in the plastic see through pots.

You're welcome. I'd like an unusual coloured one, perhaps orange.

There are few orange ones on eBay UK
