Not sure .Depends on the winter. If its mild..let it grow. If its a rough one,cut back..and have cuttings to root and give away- or new plants to plant out into the yards.

I in the beginning Penny thought this was about as hardy as a Coleus,because it looks like one. I kept it potted for years,in shade for years. Turned out to be hardy and likes a few hours of sun. I should take a few cuttings if it this week. Make sure I will always have this plant around.
