I thought muscadet its a fab variety , just moved all mine around again and the ones that have finished have been put down the side of the house bit more shade , handy to have in huge pots , given them slow release to build the bulbs up again and I will keep well watered ...

Thank you Gnarly gnome I ve had this one for a while now. Yes mine are in big pots so that's a great idea of yours and moving them down the side of the house. I dont water mine that much in case it rots the bulbs only if I see the soil is dry do they get a waterung.

mine are in mix of john innes and multipurpose compost with added xtra grit the john innes adds weight to the pot to stop them falling over , plus they drain quickly...

That's a good idea keeping them in pots. I do that the first year but have planted them out after flowering.
This year I had to put one pot inside a bigger pot as it toppled over in the wind.

All my lilys are in big pots Siris glad you had the sense to place yours in a larger pot. I mix other plants in with mine .
