Trailing Begonia Salmon-pink flowering in wicker hanging basket on balcony 20th July 2017 002

Gorgeous colour Begonia.

Glad you think so, 3d! I took a few more photos today of this gorgeous trailing Begonia. Just one flower had a white centre! So I took a photo of it close up! I don't know why this has happened as all the other flowers on the same plant have the centre the same colour as the rest of the flower. The only (possible) reason I can think of for this is that the flower was face down & against the surface of the compost in the basket. None of the other petals were otherwise affected.

Thank you Balcony I shall have a look it should fill that basket over flowing with blooms soon.

Overflowing it certainly will! Not so much fill the basket though! ?

By-the-way, the other Begonia in the same basket didn't survive after all! I had a good look inside the basket yesterday & there is no sign of it. ?

Check for a snail if your other one has disappeared they don't like lots of water either I shake the tiny feeding balls into the top to feed as well.
