Gorgeous love the colour.

This is one of my favourites! I'm so glad it survived the winter in the basket even though it had no more protection than the dry compost it has lived in for the last couple of years!

I have an Apricot coloured one as well but too soon to say if it has survived the winter yet. I haven't seen it yet but there are a few Begonias from the last 2 years that haven't flowered yet.

If this one has survived & flowers then I will upload a photo to my photos page.

I shall watch out for them. It's great they lasted over winter in the basket you were lucky.

It has in fact lasted 2 winters in the wicker basket! This is it's 3rd summer flowering! The other one in the basket only survived one winter & flowered for just 2 summers.

I still haven't seen the Apricot one as yet. But it may yet flower again this year I shall just have to be a bit more patient.

A pocket of frost must of caught your other one sadly Balcony yes dont give up on the other we might get an Indian summer.

I've just been out to check in my baskets I found the trailing Begonia 'Illumination Apricot' - it wasn't in a basket after all! It's still in the pot where I put it back in March to start it off! It obviously got off to a very late start & that's probably the reason it's still in that pot! I really ought to get it out & plant it up. I still have one empty basket & I have some compost. I will see if I can do it tomorrow. Trouble is I have no other plants I can put in the basket at present!

One could fill a basket on its own if the basket is nt to big do you feed them .
