Hi Siris, is this the usual flowering time? I think I've lost mine

Dawn, Just looked it up, says renown for its late flowering.
It was bought in a small pot and now its in the ground, its just got the one flower and a host of expectant slugs.

Thats a shame you 'll have to put lots of gravel around it slugs hate gravel as it tires them out having to excrete lots more slime hence why they don't go on it.

Snails don't mind though 3pence they will crawl over anything.

I have loads of snail s Dottydaisy they never go on my gravel.

Really!! they do on mine.....perhaps yours is larger than mine.

Yes a lot bigger than pea gravel I have Dottydaisy.
