If you look carefully at the midribs, there is what is known as sculpted midrib cristate form. Extra material is growing out from the midrib, and it even includes teeth. It doesn't make this a double, just a one-off UFO.

UFO is the abbreviation for Unusual FOrm. Instead of using just UF, the AHS uses UFO. I have a seedling that likes to do this a lot, but without the teeth.

I do have one that is called 'Unidentified Flying Object' but it shouldn't be confused with another registered one called "Unidentified Flowering Object'.
