Growing in a pot with a Clematis I bought last week. Pretty flowers but not sure if it is going to be a problem so I've split and put it in a pot of it's own for now.

Thanks Wylie. I worry that it's like bindweed which my new next door neighbours seem to be cultivating. They planted some very tall, skinny conifers which are enclosed with bindweed and bryony. All I have to do now is wait for all the seeds to drop into my garden!

The bad one is a darker shade of blue. Some people fly tip the stuff up the street from me and in wooded areas. Now the areas are ruined as it scrambles up the trees and choking the paths.

The pot must have gotten a stray seed, but it is an annual (aka Morning Glory), and shouldn't be a problem. It isn't that invasive type.
