This is the area to the side of tge house where we have created a large play area complete with trampoline, Wendy house andclimbing frame for thegrand children, I also have the 32ft tunnel behind this so out of site, but I can work in there and see the children. Hoping for ideas for shrubbery beds with maybe a few annuals at border edge as it would be impossible to keep we'd free as we both work as well, love dog wood, piers, laurel, mock orange etc and absolutely adore the Orange day Lily and crosimo? I think that's the name. But thank you all for your help and advice

This RHS link will give you good advice on what plants are rabbit resistant - you said you had a rabbit problem on one of your questions.

(you need to copy & paste the link into your browser to view it).
Bare in mind that young plants including trees & shrubs are soft & tender so will still need protection until they are more mature, this is why you see rabbit guards on trees the councils plant.
For border ideas look at the 100's of pictures members have posted to see what effect you want to achieve. Much will depend on your soil type, position, aspect etc so give plenty of detail when you know where you want your borders to be.
