BROMELIA

Some type of Aechmea.

I've asked Dra. natividad, the expertise in Bromelias of the Botanical Garden.
I'll post the answer as soon as she replies me.

It definitely looks like a species of Aechmea.

Dr. Natividad saíd:
Esta é uma espécie do gênero Billbergia.

So, Bilbergia it is. :)

That's what I meant!..sorry to confuse all of you. I have a few Billbergia's!.

So many Bromeliads look very similar. I can see the flowers are smaller like most Bilbergia.

I'm glad you did Stan, so I keep learning from all of you and being challenged to look for more informations.
