This is the flowers and small fruit on this Wax Jambu. This tree is loaded with many stages of fruit. Plus there was hundreds of fruit on the ground. Photo taken Sept. 5, 2017 at Quail Botanical Gardens.

This little tree had tons of fruit. I read that it's common for mature trees to produce 700 lbs of fruit a year.

Yes, I remember my former neighbor bringing me a huge bag of this fruit from his friend's tree. There was so much fruit we couldn't eat it all.

Yes, I'm not sure if they can be frozen. I would guess they could be...the fruit isn't like papaya (which cannot be frozen).

Yes fruit does nt freeze well any way and has to be defrosted slowly in the fridge.

Yes, some fruit do freeze well, and others just turn to much. Papaya fruit will turn to mush, if frozen.

I do know gooeberrys blackberries raspberries loganan berries etc and black currents red currents etc freeze the best seems currents and berries are the best.

You could always make a smoothy drink from Papaya if turns to mush ?

Yes, most berries freeze so well. I just found out papaya can be frozen, also. I didn't think it was possible.
