Amaryllis or Hesperanthus or Cross? No, it's a Scarborough Lily (cyrtanthus elatus)

Flowers on this bulbous plant which I have had growing in the conservatory since I was given it about 20 years ago. The leaves are present at the same time as the flowers.

Thanks Homebird, I have read the comments on G.W forum and agree entirely. It is definitely not a Clivia. I was given it by my next doors deceased husband some 17-20 years ago, who saw it inside at a restaurant in the New Forest and they gave him a bulb, calling it Jersey Lily. I never believed it to be a Hesperanthus, only recently an Azores member didn't think it was an Amaryllis belladona.
It has never been outside in the U.K at my home.
In this photo, the flowers are of 3 bulbs in the same pot.

It's Cyrtanthus elatus. AKA Scarborough Lily. It is a member of the Amaryllidaceae family.

No blooms on mine this year.
