They are Dawn my mum always wanted one but were hard to get back then how times have changed.

Awwww bless her, before garden centres I suppose people just swapped plants. This came from my mum's garden, ive never seen for sale.

I couldn't get mine to grow in the garden Dawn ,a friend finally gave me one in a pot !

I tried these this year, but we've had so little sunshine it failed to get going, even in the greenhouse. I threw it out in the end as the whitefly loved it.

Before garden centres there was only Woolworths that sold plants Dawn we were discussing this on our local history site the other week .?

Yes its fine in the pot Dawn :o) just not in the garden I've tried 3 plants each one died :o(

Strange isn't it as they send out runners but its happy in the pot everyone is happy.
