Salvia officinalis Tricolor. It is possible to use this variegated Sage for culinary purposes.

Best of luck with this one. I've lost it several times during ordinary winters - I don't think it's very hardy.

Thanks Andrew, for the warning/reminder. I've lost this variety in the past. Think a piece of glass over the top, this winter. It is very small.
