I peesonakky would take out the grass ensuring its got goid drainage then turn it upside down and pour your top soil on top.

I personally would chop up the grass and let it help with the soil. You would have to dig it into the soil so that it would break up. What would you do with the sod if you were not
use it? That is a lot of grass...Maybe there is a way to make it decompose in an organic way??? Wow, that isa big job! Very ambitious... Looks very good!
