This one wasn't as loaded with flowers as the other in the Rose Garden in Balboa Park, San Diego. Photo taken Jan. 1, 2018.

It had a lot of flowers. Remember: it was taken on January 1, 2018. It should have no flowers (or few flowers) on it at this time of year.

Yes I can see it had quite a few but as you said not as many as the previous ones.
I dont know about it should nt have any flowers as my sons roses were still flowering up to the bad mad weather we recently had.

I'm not too familiar with this rose. It's not that widely grown here. I believe the heaviest bloom is in spring.

Yes its in Spring they flower. Not to cold weather they stay evergreen the white is fragrant but the yellow is nt they are thornless.

Wow that grows well shame it was nt as full in flowering perhaps the weather and position is the cause.
