Love to see them...so reliable aren't they?

Yes DD and they brighten up the garden at this time of year.

My favourites. Only about an inch above ground here though.

Perhaps your daffs will be out at Easter Ck. We were saying how early everything is this year.

We have had a long, cold winter here. Nothing extraordinary...but a proper Scottish Winter. Loads of sunshine and sustained periods of frost and ice. Its good. Its healthyand seasonal, and not too dark. Last year all was early, but this time we are back to our usual seasons.

We've had quite a few holidays in Scotland and it's very beautiful and wild. We've stayed at Dalwinney and near to Fort William, and one year we went up Ben Nevis on the cable car, and it was quite a warm day too. We went on the steam train to Malaig another time. Loch Long and the Spittle of Glenshee as well.

I’m not familiar with Loch Long Linda, but have been to all the other places...including the cable car! There are so many places to visit in Scotland though...you could easily spend a lifetime of holidays exploring. Skye is definitely not to be missed...and Plockton nearby. But the East coast also has its hot spots but without the crowds or the midges! Having said that though....the very North coast of Sutherland...especially towards the west...is like a different country and spectacular beaches.
