It's unbelievable how large this Bo Fig has grown. It was never meant to be there. It grew from roots that grew into the ground from my original 20 plus year old plant which is much smaller in a pot. This plant is only going to be two years old this coming summer. Photo taken March 4, 2018.

Mochiseki:
Almost all Ficus trees are very destruction (because of their gigantic root-systems) to homes, sidewalks, and asphalt. I'm going to air-layer these three trees and kill the roots. It was never intended to be planted in this place.

You can hand clip it into a dome shape. That would look nice and keep it down to the 10-15' height.
I'm now posting my Ficus palmeri..

Stan,
There's three trunks that grew from roots that went into the ground about two years ago (from my original plant). These tree were never meant to be where they are now. They are so beautiful, though...I definitely don't want to cut them down and throw them out.
I'm hoping I can sell them or give them to someone who has a lot of room. I'm going to air-layer them in next couple of weeks.
