Every website says this form, from Eastern Europe, is easy to grow. I have really struggled with it but finally got a plant to survive! Does anyone else grow it? What's the secret?

Yes, I have lots of pink ones too as there were native ones and purple ones here when I first arrived. But this one is a bought ssp sibthorpii (from a reputable nursery), not a random seedling.

I have masses of a similar coloured Primula to this one, mine are self crosses between common Primrose (vulgaris) and P. 'Wanda'. They outgrow the Primroses.
