This time around - yes! We were surprised as it was supposed to snow all night but the wind must have blown it all away before it could settle! ? ??

On March 3rd we had a whole lot more but even that probably can't compare to what you had! You will find some photos of the troughs covered in snow on March 3rd in one of the blogs I've written this month.

We are fortunate in that the extremes of rain, snow, etc. don't reach us here. But the winds from Siberia brought our temps down to -6C on the evening of March 1st! We have no idea what the windchill might have been! But probably double what the thermometer said!
