This is the weather today....lovely.

We’ve had a few of those days lately too. Today was a lot sunnier but windy and absolutely freezing cold. It was actually 6C but it feels like -2 to me!

Feels cold here too Karen. It's supposed to warm up next week.

Same here today I thought I awoke up in November when looking out side.

It could have been february here today, it was so cold. I’m so fed up. But I have plenty to do. I spent this evening writing the story of my garden with photos for my open days. I made a start. It will take several more evenings!

Thrupennybit it has been a drab week after those two nice days. It's raining yet again. I think we'll all have to grow webbed feet at this rate.......!
That's a lovely thing to do in writing a story about your garden Karen. Are you going to tell people about the wildlife that visit it as well? It's another interest for people to look at.

We went for a 3 mile walk around the block today. Saw a Kestrel, ALpacas, horses, sheep and lambs, pheasants and a white turkey.

Oh...I saw my first lamb today! Lovely to see.

They are cute aren't they Karen.In the past, I've helped a friend who used to keep Jacobs sheep to take the lamb and the ewe back to a small makeshift stall after lambing. I used to keep a couple of goats and used to be there for them whilst they had their kids. It's wonderful to see new life come into the world.
