Magnolia stellata Rosea

Goodness! I never knew there was a pink form Dawn. Very pretty.

Well I didn't Karen, I bought it as white and it's very vigorous for stellata so may be something else but the flowers are the same as stellata but pink.

Its lovely in pink Dawn.

I googled, and yes, it does exist! Lol!

I don't understand why it's so much more vigorous than the white, it's about ten feet high.

Absolutely gorgeous, first time I've seen a pink one.

I’m living in fear of frost but non forecast, weird my plants usually take a real knock around this time, it’s rare the magnolia flowers well, it’s like having a normal garden so far this year.

I nearly bought the pink variety, good job I didn't!! lol our white is fairly slow growing, thank goodness!
