I'm afraid I don't remember which one. I was 80 yesterday, so that's my excuse from now on. I have to consult the diary every day to see if I'm supposed to be going anywhere!

I do that, Feverfew, and I’m “only” 76! Happy Birthday for yesterday - hope you had a lovely day.

Thank you for the info Thbt. I like the fruits you mention
(Though the seeds are something of a problem). I went to the mirror link that you've given me but wasn't given any info without me giving them my email address, which I didn't do as I don't wish to be bombarded with stuff from them all the time. Everyone always wants to get you on their mailing address. I prefer to keep things 'small', which is why I have only a limited number of GoY friends. I could never keep up with all the blogs, beautiful gardens, plant photos etc. Pity really, as we have a lovely crowd of garden & nature loving people on here.

Thank you for your comment. Poor lady. I have a friend who has gone into a care home with memory loss. I visit her but although I feel she recognises my face she doesn't
know who I am,( or her family). I am going to include all the above in my diet. Am growing some spinach this year.
