Moraea lurida

I started this from seed 2 falls/winters ago. Almost missed seeing it as I wasn't expecting anything.

So much detail stunning.

I am surprised to see it is still open today. The dark color is a chocolate brown.

Thats brilliant you must have the right conditions for it. Yes a lovely chocolate brown which compliments the yellow petals.
