They certainly are I had to have mine dug out and thrown because of the church yards mess tgeir leaves which I can not clean up any more I had grass put down one side where tgeir leaves gather its killed tge new grass too.

It can stay just dirt now I ve given up on it all and the church doing any thing even the charity lady who brings offenders to cut and clear the church yard now and then gave up on them last year as they let the grass grow that high she could not cut it she sat in my garden angry I ve not seen her since I was told she was not coming again...
