Clematis 'Sylvia Denny'

All year? I will be putting this one on my wish list! I managed to get a ‘Nubia’ yesterday which was the only new introduction that I liked this year. They had sold out at the nursery, but I spotted it in local GC. Which made me realise that the big GCs are not all bad. And it was cheaper than the nursery too!

Karen, this should flower from May-June and August-September. I planted this one April 2016, just a few blooms last year but many, many more this year, with fat buds all over it. Looks like a keeper!

Regarding GCs, I find they are becoming so expensive, despite the so-called offers and do tend to go to plant nurseries for purchases these days.
