Hi Amy. I really would love to see this bloom for you. It's so rewarding to see, after being such a fussy plant to get started. It will pay off. It may throw up a few flowers this year, but next year for sure many sprays of glorious orange flowers and no more fussing over. Yes it will overwinter this year and come back every year following. They don't like to be moved once planted so wherever you plant it, that's where it will live.

I still have it in a pot Paul inspecting and fussing over it on a daily basis it looks healthy but so small ..

That's great Amy! The plant isn't very big even when full grown (maybe 3 feet), but that makes it perfect for the garden - it plays well with other plant, won't spread or invade the border. Try to get it into the garden before Summer's ends - it needs to throw down a long tap root & over winter. Next Spring it will look quite different and come back every year. You'll get more plants when it starts to produce seeds.

Sounds good and I can't wait to taste my Manx Marvel Tomatoes. They are growing like crazy. yum!

Now I can't wait for my one little plant to grow from your seed Paul ,if it doesn't flower this year will it over winter and flower next year ?
