Yes Thrupennybit. We love them sliced and fried in butter. I also use them with onion, mushrooms, and fry them then add a small tin of tomatoes. When on the plate add some soft white goats cheese. A nice side dish with fish or meat.

I've given some to the neighbours, as we can't eat them all.
